摘  要:为了给Si-Mn-Cr-Mo超高强钢制定合适的淬火、回火工艺,采用L78淬火膨胀仪对该钢在200〜500°C内进行测定,绘制了该钢的等温转变TTT曲线。结合金相观察,研究了该钢在不同温度等温时的奥氏体转变产物组织。结果表明:在475°C〜Ms(317°C),产物主要以贝氏体为主;在Afs(317°C)以下时,产物有贝氏体、马氏体和少量残余奥氏体,这为该钢的工艺制定提供了理论依据。In order to develop suitable quenching and tempering process for Si-Mn-Cr-Mo ultra-high strength steel, thesteel was measured at 200 to 500 °C by L78 quenching dilatometer, and then, the isothermal transformation TTT curves of thesteel was drawn. Combined with the metallographic observation, the microstructure of austenite transformation products of thesteel at different isothermal temperatures were investigated. The results show that in 475 °C-Afs(317 °C), the product is mainlybainite;below Ms (317 °C ), the product is bainite, martensite and a small amount of residual austenite, which can providetheoretical basis for the process formulation of the steel.
