血清中IL-8、Smad4水平与口腔癌患者预后转归的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔癌患者血清中IL-8、Smad4水平与预后转归的关系。方法选取口腔癌患者90例作为研究对象;均采用免疫组织化学染色法检测癌组织中Smad4表达情况,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测检测血清中IL-8水平。结果将口腔癌患者根据疗效分为进展(PD)组、稳定(SD)组、部分缓解(PR)组、完全缓解(CR)组4个组,PD组血清中IL-8水平及Smad4蛋白阳性率均明显高于其他三组(P<0.05);淋巴结转移患者IL-8和Smad4表达水平明显高于非淋巴结转移患者,临床Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者中IL-8和Smad4表达量显著高于其在临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期中的表达(P<0.05);采用Logistic回归分析口腔癌患者血清中IL-8、Smad4水平与口腔癌患者预后转归密切相关,是口腔癌患者转移或复发的独立危险因素。结论口腔癌患者血清中IL-8高水平表达和Smad4阳性表达与口腔癌患者术后疗效差、预后差密切相关,是预后转归差的重要危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between serum IL-8 and Smad4 levels and prognosis in oral cancer patients.Methods 90 cases of oral cancer patients selected as the subjects.The expression of Smad4 in the cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the serum level of IL-8 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The oral cancer patients were divided into 4 groups:the PD group,the SD group,the partial remission(PR)group and the complete remission group(CR).The serum IL-8 level and the positive rate of Smad4 protein in the PD group were significantly higher than those of the other 3 groups(P<0.05),and the expression of IL-8 and Smad4 in the patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of non lymph node metastases.The expression of IL-8 and Smad4 in patients withⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the clinicalⅠandⅡphase(P<0.05).The serum IL-8 and Smad4 levels in patients with oral cancer were closely related to the prognosis of oral cancer patients by Logistic regression analysis,which was an independent risk factor for the metastasis or recurrence of oral cancer patients.Conclusion The high level expression of IL-8 and the positive expression of Smad4 in the patients with oral cancer are closely related to the poor curative effect and the poor prognosis in the patients with oral cancer,which is an important risk factor for the poor prognosis.
