摘　　要：目的通过调査云南地区天麻中天麻素的含量水平,为天麻特色产业提供基础数据。方法2014~2018年在云南省天麻主产区采集天麻样品199份,采用《中华人民共和国药典》一部(2015年版),用高效液相色谱法测定天麻素的含量,并按相关标准评价天麻中天麻素的含量水平。结果云南省昭通市天麻中天麻素含量范围为〇.〇2%~1.26%,平均含量为0.45%;天麻中天麻素含量达到中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 19776-2008《地理标志产品昭通天麻》的合格率为70.4%,达到《中华人民共和国药典》一部(2015年版)的合格率为88.4°/^结论云南地区天麻中合格率较高,天麻质量较优。Objective To investigate the content of gastrodin in Gastrodia elata in Yunnan province, andprovide basic data for the characteristic industries of Gastrodia elata. Methods From 2014 to 2018, 199 Gastrodiaelata samples were randomly selected from the main producing areas of Gastrodia elata in Yunnan province.Gastrodin content in Gastrodia elata samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography accordinga part of the Pharmacopoeia o f the People's Republic o f China (2015 edition), and evaluate the content of gastrodinin Gastrodia elata by relevant standards. Results The content of gastrodin in Gastrodia elata of Yunnan provinceranged from 0.02% to 1.26%, with an average content of 0.45%. The qualification rate of gastrodin content was70.7% in accordance with the National standard o f the People's Republic o f China GB/T 19776-2008, and was 88.4%in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia o f the People's Republic o f China (2015 edition). Conclusion Thequalification rate of gastrodin content is higher in Yunnan province and Gastrodia elata is of better quality.
