摘 要:目的建立一种气相色谱串联质谱法同时检测三七须根中5种杀菌剂残留量的方法。方法用乙腈提取三七须根样品中的5种杀菌剂,经氯化钠盐析,QuEChERS净化后,利用气相色谱-质谱联法进行定性,定量检测。结果5种杀菌剂在0.05〜5.00 ng/m L的浓度范围线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9993-0.9998,检出限为0.0001~0.0011 mg/kg,高中低3种加标浓度的平均回收率为84.0%~102.5%,相对标准偏差在2.52%~5.22%(«=5)。结论该方法简单灵敏、高效可靠,适用于三七根须中5种杀菌剂的快速检测。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of five fungicides in fibrous root ofPanax notoginseng by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods Totally 5 kinds offungicides in the samples of fibrous root of Panax notoginseng were extracted with acetonitrile, salted out by sodiumchloride, purified by QuEChERS, then qualitative and quantitative detected by gas chromatography-massspectrometry. Results All 5 fungicides had good linear relationships in the range of 0.05-5.00 ng/mL, and thecorrelation coefficients were 0.9983-0.9998. The limits of detection were 0.0001-0.0011 mg/kg. The averagerecoveries at 3 spiked levels (high, middle and low) were 84.0%-102.5%, with the relative standard deviations of2.52%-5.22%(«=5). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, efficient and reliable, and is suitable for the rapiddetection of 5 fungicides in Panax notoginseng root.
