摘  要:选择不同溶剂提取苦瓜中的抑菌物质,通过抑菌实验,找到合适的提取苦瓜中抑菌物质的方法。实验结果显示,苦瓜中抑菌物质的最佳提取工艺条件为使用85%乙醇作为提取剂,提取温度85索氏提取时间6h,料液比1:30(卩:K),浓缩,石油瞇脱色,正丁醇萃取,浓缩后以甲醇溶解。在此条件下提取的提取物具有较高的抑菌活性,抑菌效果为对金黄色葡萄球菌大于大肠杆菌;初提物经聚酰胺分离后,50%和70%的乙醇洗脱液很好的保留了抑菌活性,而10%、30%、95%的乙醇洗脱液抑菌效果不明显。定性分析表明,有效的抑菌提取物中同时含有皂昔类、黄酮类、酚类和有机酸等成分。Different solvent was selected to extract antibacterial substances from balsam melon. Experimental results showed thatthe best solvent for extraction of antibacterial substances from balsam melon was 85% ethanol water solution, and Soxhlet extractiontime was 6 h and the extraction temperature was 85 °C, and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30 ( K - K) . Then the extract wasdissolved in methanol after decolorization with petroleum ether and extraction with n-butanol and concentration. The extractsextracted under these conditions had high antibacterial activity,and the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus was greater thanthat on E. coli. After the initial extract was separated by polyamide, their antibacterial activity was well retained after the elution with50% and 70% ethanol water solution, whereas their antibacterial effect was not obvious after the elution with 10, 30 and 95% ethanolwater solution. Qualitative analysis showed that effective antimicrobial extract contained saponins, flavonoids, phenols and organicacids.
