摘  要:结直肠癌(CRC)是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤,严重影响人类的生活和健康.多数研究应用细胞株实验探讨结直肠癌发生发展的特点,但构建原位肠癌动物模型,可以更好地还原肿瘤的发生发展过程,极大地提高基础实验的可信度.目前,氧化偶氮甲烷-葡聚糖硫酸钠(AOM-DSS)法所诱导的疾病模型在结直肠癌动物模型中被广泛应用,但在造模过程和疾病评价两个方面存在诸多不同.因此,本文将对AOM-DSS诱导的小鼠肠癌模型的制作过程及疾病评价做一简要综述,为初次制作此模型的科研人员提供参考.Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies around the world that seriously affects human life and health.Most studies used cell line experiments to investigate the characteristics of colorectal cancer,but the foundation of colorectalcancer(CRC)in situ mouse model would better imitate the occurrence the process of CRC,and improve the credibility of basic experiments greatly.In the present,azoxymethane/dextran sulfate sodium(AOM/DSS)-induced cancer model is widely use in the building of CRC animal model,but there are quite differences exist in the quantities of research.As a result,this review will concisely introduce the process and assessment of the AOM/DSS-induced mouse CRC model in order to provide a comprehensive reference for the one does this ailment model.
