摘  要:目的分析依达拉奉对阿尔茨海默病患者氧化应激和氧自由基代谢的影响。方法选取2012年9月—2018年9月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者168例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。对照组给予多奈哌齐口服;观察组在对照组基础上给予依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注。比较2组治疗前后美国国立卫生院神经功能损伤评分(NIHSS)、简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和临床痴呆程度量表(CDR)评分,比较氧化应激、氧自由基及炎性细胞因子水平,评价2组的临床疗效。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后2组的NIHSS评分、CDR评分、脂质过氧化物(PLO)、一氧化氮(NO)、羟基自由基(·OH)、丙二醛(MDA)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平显著降低,MMSE评分、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著升高(P<0.05)。且观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分、CDR评分、PLO、NO、·OH、MDA、AOPP、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,MMSE评分、SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉能够通过降低氧化应激反应、增强氧自由基代谢能力、降低炎性反应来改善阿尔茨海默病患者的神经损伤及临床痴呆状况。Objective To analyze effects of Edaravone on oxidative stress and oxygen radicals metabolism in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 168 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted during September 2012 and September 2018 were divided into observation group and control group(n=84 in each group)according to different therapeutic methods.Control group was given Donepezil orally,while observation group was treated with Edaravone injection by intravenous infusion on the basis of treatment for control group.In two groups,scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and clinical dementia scale(CDR),and levels of oxidative stress,oxygen radicals and inflammatory cytokine before and after treatment were compared.Clinical effectivenesses were evaluated in two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,values of NIHSS score,CDR score,lipid peroxide(PLO),nitric oxide(NO),hydroxyl radical(·OH),malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidation protein product(AOPP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were significantly decreased,while values of MMSE score and superoxide dismutase(SOD)level were significantly increased compared with those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);in observation group,values of NIHSS score,CDR score,PLO,NO,·OH,MDA,AOPP,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels were significantly lower,while values of MMSE score and SOD level were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone may improve neural injury and condition of clinical dementia in patients with Alzheimer's disease by reducing oxidative stress reaction,enhancing ability of oxygen radicals metabolism and reducing inflammatory reaction.
