摘　　要：目的:构建医学装备管理职能科室人员岗位质量管理考核方案及关键指标,探讨其实施效果。方法:通过对医院医学装备购置、存储、使用、维护保养和报废全生命周期环节分析,从通用指标和岗位个性指标设计质量管理考核方案,设立仪器设备完好率、设备安装验收合格率、卫生材料供给合格率、临床和医技科室对医疗设备科服务满意率等管理目标值;对医学装备购置、医用耗材采购、信息系统管理、库管员及设备维修等岗位均设置个性化指标,加强医院医学装备管理职能科室人员对医学装备的质量控制和质量管理。结果:质量管理考核方案的实施,使管理目标的各项指标全部达到设计目标值,其中仪器设备安装验收合格率、卫生材料供给合格率、阳光挂网采购产品完成率和采购设备与物资合格率均达到100%。结论:医学装备管理职能科室人员质量管理考核方案的实施,可提升医学装备质量管理水平,降低医疗设备故障率,保证医学装备使用的安全性和有效性。Objective:To construct the assessment scheme of the post of quality management and key indicators for these personnel in functional departments of medical equipment management,to explore and verify their effects of implementation.Methods:Based on the analysis of the whole life cycle included purchasing,storing,using,maintaining and discarding of medical equipments in hospital,the assessment scheme of quality management was designed and management target values were set,including the intact rate of instruments and equipment,the qualified rate of equipment installation and acceptance,the qualified rate of health material supply,the service satisfaction rate of clinical and medical technique departments to medical equipment department,from the general indicators and personality indicators of post.And the personalized indicators of the post of medical equipment purchase,medical consumables purchase,information system management,warehouse keeper and equipment maintenance were set so as to strengthen the quality control and quality management of the personnel of functional departments of medical equipment management for medical equipments of hospital.Results:The implementation of the assessment scheme of quality management made all of indicators of the management objectives to reach the designed target value.In these indicators,all of these included the qualified rate of equipment installation and acceptance,the qualified rate of the supply of health materials,the completion rate of the products purchased by sunshine hanging net and the qualified rate of purchasing equipment and materials reached 100%.Conclusion:The implementation of assessment scheme of quality management for personnel of functional departments of medical equipment management can improve the quality management level of medical equipment,and reduce the failure rate of medical equipment,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of using medical equipment.
