体育文化视域下的高校“阳光体育运动”探析——以武汉高校为例

摘　　要：通过实地调研以及运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对高校开展"阳光体育运动"中存在的问题进行了归纳、梳理和分析,结果发现,体育文化的缺失是当前高校阳光体育运动面临困境的主要原因。为构建高校"阳光体育运动"的长效机制,切实改善高校学生体质,组织形式创新是提高"阳光体育运动"质量的重要手段;要高度重视体育文化素质培养,创新"阳光体育运动"的开展形式;要强调体育文化在体育教育过程中的意义与价值,促进体育文化培养机制的建立,丰富"阳光体育运动"的开展形式,鼓励吸引更多学生参与到高校"阳光体育运动"中来。Through field investigation,literature review and questionnaire collection,this paper summarizes,sorts out and analyzes the problems in the development of"The Sunshine Sports Project"in colleges and universities.In order to build a long-term mechanism of sports in colleges and universities,improve students’physique practically,innovating organizational form is an important means to improve the quality of"The Sunshine Sports Project".We should attach great importance to the cultivation of sports culture quality and innovate the development form of"sunshine sports".We should emphasize the significance and value of sports culture in the process of physical education,promote the establishment of sports culture cultivation mechanism,enrich the development forms of the project,and encourage more students to participate in the project in colleges and universities.
