摘　　要：产学研合作理念强调企业、高校和科研单位三者相互结合;开放式实验室主张扩大实验室的适用范围,提高实验室的使用率;供应链管理则强调构建物流网络,理顺供应商、制造商、仓库、配送中心和渠道商等多个环节的关系。三者相结合,就构成了产学研合作理念下开放式实验室供应链管理新模式。这一模式以满足产学研合作理念对开放式实验室供应链管理的要求为前提,以解决开放式实验室管理存在的问题为切入点,以确保实验室高效运行为目标,科学构建了供应链管理的要素构成和整个流程。The concept of industrial,academic and research cooperation emphasizes the integration of enterprises,universities and scientific research units.Open laboratories advocate expanding the scope of application of laboratories and increasing the utilization rate of laboratories;Supply chain management emphasizes the construction of a logistics network to rationalize the relationship between suppliers,manufacturers,warehouses,distribution centers,and channel operators.The combination of the three forms a new model of open laboratory supply chain management under the concept of cooperation between production,study and research.This model is centered on the needs of teaching work.Through legal bidding methods,an open laboratory is built in a special way,and an experimental course learning website is constructed in MOOC teaching mode.
