摘　　要：使用生物反应器进行大规模动物细胞体外培养,已经成为生物技术产品研究和开发的关键工艺步骤,为细胞生长提供了一个适宜的环境,能够显著提高动物细胞的培养密度,使之快速增殖作为制备生物制品的基质,从而保证工业规模生产的产品质量。本文以型号为CelliGenTM310生物反应器为例,对其基本结构、主要功能、常见问题处理及实际应用进行阐述,以期对使用者有所帮助。In vitro culture of animal cells,bioreactor is the key equipment of the whole culture process,providing a suitable growth environment for the cells,which can significantly improve the culture density of animal cells,make them multiply rapidly and form the required biological products,thus ensuring the quality of industrial scale production products.In this paper,a CelliGenTM 310 bioreactor is used as an examplein the School of Life Sciences of Jilin University,and its basic structure,main functions,common problems and troubleshooting and practical application are expounded,in order to help the users.
