摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的神经系统变性疾病。吞咽障碍是PD患者主要的非运动症状之一,其机制与中枢及外周神经系统的病理生理改变密切相关,早期临床症状隐匿,进行性进展。严重影响患者的生活质量。SDQ吞咽障碍问卷和MDT-PD慕尼黑帕金森病吞咽障碍测试是目前被广为认可的是用于对帕金森病吞咽障碍患者进行排查的有效工具,VFSE吞咽造影检查和VESS内镜吞咽检查是目前最为常用的对患者吞咽障碍进行评价的金标准。目前PD吞咽障碍的治疗已取得一定程度的进展,但仍缺乏普遍确切有效的治疗方法,引入更加有针对性的干预及治疗措施,可以有效提升患者生活质量。本文围绕该病的临床表现、病理机制、筛查和评估及经颅磁刺激治疗进展综述。Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease.Dysphagia is one of the major non-motor symptoms in PD patients,and its mechanism is closely related to the pathophysiological changes of the central and peripheral nervous system.The early clinical symptoms are insidious and progressive.The quality of life of patients is seriously affected.SDQ swallowing disorders questionnaire and mdt-pd Munich Parkinson’s disease swallowing disorders test are currently widely recognized as effective tools for the screening of patients with Parkinson’s disease swallowing disorders.VFSE swallowing imaging examination and VESS endoscopic swallowing examination are currently the most commonly used gold standard for the evaluation of swallowing disorders in patients.At present,the treatment of PD deglutition disorder has made progress to a certain extent,but there is still a lack of universal and effective treatment methods.The introduction of more targeted intervention and treatment measures can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical manifestations,pathological mechanism,screening and evaluation of TMS and the progress of TMS are summarized as follows.
