摘　　要：目的 探索帕金森病患者BDNF和TrkB与认知功能的关系.方法 选取97例帕金森病人和102名健康对照者,均进行血清BDNF检测,并应用神经心理状态评定量表(RBANS)评定帕金森病人和健康对照组的认知功能.应用UPDRS评分评价PD病人的运动功能.结果 帕金森病人血清BDNF及TrkB水平与正常对照组相比显著降低(P<0.01).帕金森病人的RBANS总分和5个亚组评分显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05).多元回归分析提示,RBANS评分与血清BDNF和TrkB水平呈正相关.结论 帕金森病人中存在认知功能障碍和BDNF及TrkB水平的下降,而且下降的BDNF及TrkB与认知功能损伤密切相关.Objective To explore the association of BDNF and TrkB with cognitive disorder in PD.Methods We recruited 97 PD patients and 102 healthy controls and measured the levels of serum BDNF and TrkB and the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS)in both groups.Results Serum BDNF and TrkB levels were significantly lower in PD patients than in normal controls(P<0.01).Cognitive scores shown on the RBANS total and all of its five index scores were significantly lower in PD patients than healthy controls(all P<0.05).For the patients group,BDNF and TrkB were positively associated with scores of RBANS.Conclusion Our results suggest that decreased serum BDNF and TrkB is associated with cognitive impairments of Parkinson’s disease.
