摘　　要：从《普通高等学校本科教学工作合格评估指标体系》对开放实验室建设与管理的要求出发,结合新建本科院校计算机综合开放实验室建设与管理现状,提出了建设与管理的新思路,以达到"以评促建、以评促改、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设"的目的。Based on requirement of the Qualified Evaluation Index System of Undergraduate Teaching in Regular Colleges and Universities to the construction and management of laboratory requirements, combined with the construction and management status of computer comprehensive open laboratory in universities, the new idea of construction and management is put forward, to achieve the goal of "promoting construction by evaluation, promoting reform by evaluation, promoting management by evaluation, combining evaluation with construction, focusing on construction".
