摘　　要：产品“三化”工作是电子装备研制企业科研生产管理的重要内容。结合电子装备的研制过程和大型科研院所多专业的特点,阐述了“三化”的基本原理和开展“三化”工作的意义。运用系统工程的理念,以顶层设计和协同推进为牵引,构建产品“三化”推进体系模型,确立了一套行之有效的“三化”推进和实施方法。The universalization,serialization,modularization(USM)work of product is an important part of scientific research and production management in electronic equipment development enterprises.Combined with the development process of electronic equipment and the characteristics of many specialties in large scientific research institutes,this paper expounds the basic principle of USM and the significance of carrying out the work of USM.Based on the concept of system engineering,it takes the top-level design and collaborative promotion as the driving force,constructs the model of product USM propulsion system,and establishes a set of effective USM promotion and implementation methods.
