精益生产在某企业轻质砖生产线的应用研究

摘　　要：精益生产以消除浪费为宗旨,是提高企业效益的重要手段。本文以精益生产在某新材股份有限公司的推广应用为研究案例,分析企业发展过程中存在的问题,制定了精益生产改善目标和初步的改善方案,包括班组建设、6S现场管理、目视化管理、库存控制管理,然后总结精益活动在企业初步实施后的效果,为进一步深入推行相关活动提供依据,也为其它制造企业提供精益生产的实施经验。The core idea of lean production is to eliminate waste,which is a critical way to improve production efficiency.This paper takes the application of lean production in a new material Co.,Ltd.as a case study.According to the analysis of the problems existing in the production,improvement objectives of lean production and primary improvement plans are schemed,including team building,6S field management,visual management and inventory control plan.Then the effect of preliminary implementation of lean activities in the enterprise is summarizes in order to further promote the phase related activities and provide implementation experience of lean production for other related enterprises.
