经鼻微创泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经鼻微创泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年3月在我院眼科治疗的62例急性泪囊炎患者,均采用经鼻微创泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,分析临床效果、术后恢复情况。结果:62例患者中,痊愈54例、好转6例、无效2例,有效率为96.77%;泪囊区炎症在术后2~5d得到控制,术后7~10d吻合口完全上皮化,有2例在术后发生溢泪。结论:经鼻微创泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎的效果显著,能有效消除泪囊及周围炎症,一次性治愈率高,并发症发生率低,且创伤小、面部无瘢痕。Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive dacryocystitis nasal anastomosis in the treatment of acute dacryocystitis.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with acute dacryocystitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with minimally invasive dacryocystitis nasal anastomosis,and the clinical efficacy and postoperative recovery indexes were analyzed.Results Among the 62 patients,54 were cured,6 were improved and 2 were ineffective,with an effective rate of 96.77%.The dacryocystitis was controlled 2-5d after the operation,and the anastomosis was completely epithelialized 7-10d after the operation.2 cases of lacrimal discharge occurred after the operation.Conclusion The dacryocystitis can be effectively eliminated by minimally invasive dacryocystitis nasal anastomosis in the treatment of acute dacryocystitis.The one-time cure rate is high,the incidence of complications is low,and the trauma is small,no scar on the face,which has positive clinical significance.
