术前术后护理对早期胃癌患者治疗及并发症的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)治疗早期胃癌术前术后护理配合对其并发症的预防效果。方法:选取我院于2016年4月-2018年4月收治的早期胃癌患者134例,将其根据不同护理方法均分为研究组(67例,采用常规护理联合术前术后护理)和对照组(67例,采用常规护理),观察比较两组患者护理效果以及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,且两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:加强内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗早期胃癌患者的术前术后护理,可有效提升护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,整体护理效果、安全性较好,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of pre-and post-operative nursing cooperation on complications of endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of early gastric cancer.Methods:134 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were divided into two groups according to different nursingStudy group(67 cases,using routine nursing combined with preoperative and postoperative nursing)and control group(67 cases,using routine nursing).The effect and complications of the two groups after nursing were observed and compared.Results:After nursing,the nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the study group were much better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhancing preoperative and postoperative nursing of patients with early gastric cancer treated by endoscopic mucosal dissection can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.The overall nursing effect and safety are good.It is worthy of clinical application.
