摘　　要：目的:分析无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障的效果。方法:将2016年3月-2019年5月在我院眼科治疗的217例硬核白内障患者随机分为两组,对照组采用传统切口白内障囊外摘除术,观察组采用无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术,比较两组患者的手术效果、并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后1周及1个月的视力显著高于对照组,而散光度、眼压显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组角膜水肿、纤维素样渗出、黄斑囊样水肿、虹膜粘连、后囊膜混浊、悬韧带断裂等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障的效果显著,能有效提升视力,减少散光度,降低眼压,且手术安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of small incision cataract extracapsular extraction without sutures in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods A total of 217 cases of hard nucleus cataract patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional incision extracapsular cataract extraction and the observation group received sutures free small incision extracapsular cataract extraction.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 week and 1 month after operation,while the dispersive luminosity and intraocular pressure were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of corneal edema,cellulosic exudation,macular cystic edema,iris adhesion,posterior capsular opacity,suspension ligament rupture and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision cataract extracapsular extraction without sutures is effective in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.
