摘　　要：为提升医学生的综合素质并培养其人文关怀意识,本文通过列举免疫教学过程中即兴插入的案例或小故事(思政元素),阐述了将“思政元素”融于免疫教学,既深入浅出地阐明理论知识又水到渠成地激发学习兴趣,提升人文素养,并就教学效果进行了问卷调查和分析,证明这种融思想政治教育于医学免疫学教学的方法行之有效。To improve the comprehensive quality of medical students and cultivate their humanistic care consciousness.This paper lists case or small story(ideological elements)impromptu inserted in the process of immunology teaching,expounds the ideological elements merged into the immune teaching,which to clarify the the oretical knowledge in a simple way and to stimulate the interest in learning and improve the humanistic quality of medical collages.The teaching effect was investigated and analyzed by questionnaire.It is showed that the method of integrating infusing ideological and political education into medical immunology teaching is effective.
