庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌注对非肿瘤性乳头溢液的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌注对非肿瘤性乳头溢液的临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年10月1日至2017年10月1日收治的非肿瘤性乳头溢液患者139例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为三组:A组48例患者,给予地塞米松灌注治疗;B组45例患者,给予庆大霉素灌注治疗;C组46例患者,给予庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌注治疗。观察并比较三组患者治疗后总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗天数、满意度以及治疗前后乳头溢液中白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果C组患者治疗总有效率显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者乳头溢液中IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),C组患者乳头溢液中IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于A组和B组(均P<0.05),治疗天数显著少于A组和B组(P<0.05),满意率显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌注治疗非肿瘤性乳头溢液的临床效果显著,可有效降低患者乳头溢液中IL-6、TNF-α水平,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gentamicin combined with Dexamethasone perfusion in the treatment of non-neoplastic nipple discharge.Method A total of 139 patients with non-neoplastic nipple discharge treated in our hospital from October 1,2013 to October 1,2017 were divided into three groups according to the method of random number table:48 patients in group A were treated with Dexamethasone,and 45 patients in group B were treated with Gentamicin,46 patients in group C were treated with Gentamicin combined with Dexamethasone.The total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions,the days and satisfaction of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in nipple discharge before and after treatment were observed and compared among the three groups.Result The total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin nipple discharge in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin nipple discharge of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B(all P<0.05),the treatment days were significantly less than those of group A and group B(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Gentamicin combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of non-neoplastic nipple discharge is significant.It can effectively reduce the level of IL-6 and TNF-αin nipple discharge,it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
