摘　　要：基于对象标识(OID)体系,提出卫生健康信息对象标识编码规则,研究设计了卫生健康信息标识根OID、实体对象根OID、虚拟对象根OID编码层级,并以此为基础,提出与卫生健康信息对象三级管理层级相适应的卫生健康信息OID标识编码基本规则。同时,设计基于三级编码架构的医院处方编码。Based on the OID identification system,this paper puts forward the code rules of health information object identification.It conducts the research and design of the health information identification root OID,entity object root OID,virtual object root OID coding level,and based on this,it puts forward the basic rules of OID identification and coding for health information,which is suitable for the three management level of health information objects.Meanwhile,it designs a hospital prescription code based on the three-level coding architecture.
