摘  要:为了处理物联网设备和其他远程患者监测系统产生受保护的健康信息,提出利用基于区块链的智能合约来管理传感器设备,保障医疗数据的安全。利用以太坊私有区块链,创建了一个其中传感器与调用智能合约,并记录区块链上所有事件的智能设备进行通信的远程智能监测系统。系统智能合约将通过向患者和医疗专业人员发送通知,实现实时的患者监测和医疗干预,同时还将安全记录谁执行了这些操作。旨在解决与远程患者监测相关的许多安全漏洞,并以符合《健康保险流通与责任法案》的方式自动向所有相关方发送提醒。In order to process the protected health information generated by IoTs devices and other remote patient monitoring systems,we propose to use blockchain-based smart contracts to facilitate secure analysis and management of medical sensors.Using a private blockchain based on the Ethereum protocol,we create an automatic remote patient monitoring system where the sensors communicate with a smart device that calls smart contracts and writes records of all events on the blockchain.This smart contract would support real-time patient monitoring and medical interventions by sending notifications to patients and medical professionals,while also securely record who has initiated these operations.This would resolve many security vulnerabilities associated with remote patient monitoring and automate the delivery of notifications to all involved parties in a HIPAA compliant manner.
