摘　　要：为了提高临床医学科研方案设计中的伦理审查质量以及临床研究者对医学伦理学的认识,就临床医学科研方案设计中的主要伦理问题进行了分析,主要有设计思路的伦理观念不足、伦理取向模糊等问题。面对诸多难题,研究者首先要正确处理临床医学科研方案设计与医学伦理学的关系,处理好医学伦理学与科研项目科学性、可行性、创新性、价值性之间的关系。同时相关行政管理部门要加强对医学伦理审查平台的建设和监管,规范审查体制,提高审查结果的可信度。In order to improve the quality of ethical review in the design of clinical medical research programs and the awareness of medical ethics of clinical researchers.This paper analyzed the main ethical issues in the design of clinical medical scientific research programs,mainly involving the lack of ethical ideas,the fuzzy ethical orientation and other major issues.In the face of many problems,researchers should first correctly deal with the relationship between clinical medical research program design and medical ethics,and deal with the relationship between medical ethics and scientific,feasibility,innovation and value of scientific research projects.At the same time,the relevant administrative departments should strengthen the construction and supervision of the medical ethics review platform,standardize the review system,and improve the credibility of the review results.
