摘　　要：目的:探索综合性医院中医护理人才培养方案,并检验分层次、分阶段培养模式在临床应用中的效果。方法:选取院内护理人员分别作为专家型、专业型、专科型培训对象,制定不同层次培养方案进行培养。以中医护理理论、技能成绩,临床中医护理服务能力,患者满意度,科研能力为指标评价人才培养效果。结果:共培训了877名护理人员,92.7%成员考核合格通过中医护理资质认证,中医护理适宜技术服务覆盖全院所有科室,开展技术项目、开展技术例次均较培训前明显提高,开展专病集束化中医护理,参与快速康复多学科团队协作,患者护理满意度提高12.82%,中医护理科研能力较前提升。结论:综合性医院通过中医护理人才分层次、分阶段培养,提高了护理人员中医护理技术服务能力,成立了中医护理团队,加速疾病早期康复,提高了患者就医满意度。[Objective]To explore a nursing talent training program of Chinese medicine in a general hospital, and to test the effect of hierarchical and phased training mode in clinical application. [Method] In-hospital nursing staff were selected. Professional and specialist training subjectsand different levels of training programs were developed for training. The Chinese medicine nursing theory, skill scores, clinical serviceability, patient satisfaction and scientific research ability were used to evaluate the talent training effect. [Result] A total of 813 nursing staff were trained after the implementation of the project, and 92.7% of the members passed the Chinese medicine nursing qualification certification.Appropriate technical services for Chinese medicine care cover all departments of the hospital.The number of Technical projects and technical cases were significantly improved compared with training. Multiple clustered Chinese medicine nursing teams and multiple multidisciplinary disease treatment teams(MDT) was established. Patient care satisfaction was increased by 12.82 %.The level of Chinese medicine nursing research has been improved. [Conclusion] Through the hierarchical and phased talent training of Chinese medicine nursing in general hospital,the Chinese medicine nursing technical serviceability of nursing staff was improved. A Chinese medicine nursing team was established, the early rehabilitation of the disease was accelerated, and the patient care satisfaction was improved.
