摘  要:现代学徒制是一种工学结合培养人才的模式,在不同的情况下其表现形式不尽相同。湖北工业职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业自2014年开始探索现代学徒制以来,初步形成了具有校本特色和适应专业特点的“二阶递进项目化师徒制”人才培养模式。该模式以校企合作育人为出发点和落脚点,具有课程项目化、教学师徒化、培养递进式的特点,有利于提高模具专业人才培养质量,是一种适应现代制造业的典型的现代学徒制人才培养模式。Modern apprenticeship is a mode of combining talents with work and study,and its manifestations are different under different circumstances.Since 2014,the major of Mold Design and Manufacturing in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic has explored the modern apprenticeship system,and has initially formed a“Two-stages progressive project-based apprenticeship system”talent training model with school-based characteristics and adaptability to professional characteristics.This model is based on the school-enterprise cooperation in educating people as the starting point and end point.It has the characteristics of curriculum projectization,teaching apprenticeship,and progressive training,which is conducive to improving the quality of mold professional talents.It is a typical model suitable for modern manufacturing.
