摘 要:以495名中学生作为研究对象,使用心理量表调查生活目标、心理需要满足及幸福感,探索三个变量之间的关系模型。结果表明:女生的内在目标和幸福感水平显著高于男生,高中生的外在目标水平显著高于初中生,但高中生心理需要满足和幸福感水平显著低于初中生;内在目标、心理需要满足和幸福感之间存在正相关;内在目标正向预测幸福感,外在目标与幸福感无关,且心理需要满足在"内在目标-幸福感"间起到部分中介作用。This study surveyed 495 middle school students of Tujia,Miao and Han ethnic groups from Laifeng County of Hubei Province,with the aim to explore the relationship model among life goal,psychological need satisfaction and well-being.The results showed that:for the demographic difference,the girls’ intrinsic goal and well-being are obviously higher than those of boys;extrinsic goal of senior school students is higher than that of junior school students,but the former’s psychological need satisfaction and well-being are significantly lower than that the latter;intrinsic goal is positively correlated with psychological need satisfaction and well-being;intrinsic goal positively predicts well-being while extrinsic goal is unrelated to well-being;psychological need satisfaction plays a partly mediating role in the relationship between intrinsic goal and well-being.
