新时代中国书院教育现代化的理念与实践——以厦门筼筜书院为例

摘　　要：中国书院教育在现代化的发展中充分体现了新时代中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的核心精神,不过,在复兴的同时也出现了一些复古的反现代化的倾向,需要在理念上明确"新旧""古今"的调和。厦门筼筜书院作为现代社会建设书院的典型的代表,以"旧学商量、新知培养"的办院理念,创新书院教育现代化的实践模式,涵盖了教学、管理以及特色运营,将经典的教育、组织的运营、传统文化的现代化传播都转化为现代化的方式,启发新时代书院教育需要。经典教育对接现实需求,多方办学形成整体合力,书院建设对接文明实践,有利于进一步提炼和展示优秀传统文化的当代价值与意义。The Chinese academy education fully reflects the core spirit of creative transformation and innovative development of unique traditional Chinese culture in the modernization of the new era.However,at the same time of revival,some retro anti-modernization tendencies also appeared,which required an apparent reconciliation of "old and new" and "ancient and modern" in the concept.Xiamen Yundang Academy is the typical representative of modern social construction.It runs with the concept of "Discussion of Old Learning and Cultivation of New Knowledge",innovates the practice mode of academy education modernization covering teaching,management and characteristic operation,and converts classical education,organization operation and traditional culture modernization communication into modernization mode.It also inspires that the academy education in the new era needs to make the classical education meet the actual needs,multiple schools form the overall joint force,and the academy construction meet the civilization practice,which is conducive to further refining and displaying the contemporary value and significance of excellent traditional culture.
