摘　　要：舟山地区处于高湿、高温、高盐分的海洋性气候环境,服役于此自然环境下7 000余台起重机械的钢结构及配套件会遭受各式各样的腐蚀破坏,影响起重机械的安全使用。通过实地调研相关企业和检测本地区相关行业起重机钢结构腐蚀情况,在基本掌握本地区起重机腐蚀现状的基础上,对缓解特种设备起重机械腐蚀提出了有针对性的管理建议。Zhoushan area is in a maritime climate with high humidity,high temperature and high salinity.The steel structure and supporting parts of more than 7000 crane machines in service in this natural environment will suffer various corrosion damage,which will affect the safe use of the crane machinery.Through on-the-spot investigation of relevant enterprises and detection of corrosion of crane steel structure in relevant industries in the region,based on the basic knowledge of the corrosion status of cranes in the region,the targeted management suggestions for the corrosion of special equipment crane machinery are put forward.
