摘  要:UIC406是国际铁路联盟提出的计算铁路区间通过能力的一种方法,主要思想是尽可能压缩每列车在闭塞分区内占用的时间间隔。在阐述UIC406方法基本思想的基础上,结合目前京津城际铁路开行方案的要求,确定区间内列车组合方式,以列车距车站1个到7个闭塞分区的情况计算每一种列车组合的最小车头时距,取最大得出区间内平均最小车头时距,从而对改造后的京津城际铁路进行区间通过能力计算和评价。计算结果表明,京津城际铁路区间通过能力目前较为富裕,还有一定的提升空间,具备一定的临时添加运行线的条件。UIC406 is a method proposed by the International Union of Railways to calculate the capacity of railway section. The main idea is to reduce the time interval occupied by each train in blocks as much as possible. On the basis of expounding the basic idea of UIC 406 method, combined with the requirements of the current Beijing-Tianjin Intercity operation plan, this paper determines the train combination mode in the section, calculates the minimum headway of each train combination according to the situation that the train is 1 to 7 blocks away from the station, takes the maximum to get the average minimum headway in the section, so as to calculate and evaluate the section passing capacity of the reconstructed Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway. The calculation results show that the capacity of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway block is relatively rich at present, and there is a certain space for improvement, with certain conditions for temporary addition of operation lines.
