摘　　要：目的评价氩氦刀冷冻治疗在晚期肺部肿瘤患者中的疗效.方法选取因多种晚期肿瘤致肺部肿瘤的患者25例,均行氩氦刀冷冻治疗.记录患者术前、术后CT图像测量肿瘤大小及密度值的变化,术后疼痛程度,并发症种类及发生率,以及患者的近期疗效.结果氩氦刀治疗后,患者术后肿瘤CT测得值降低,1个月后复查肿块明显缩小.患者并发症主要包括术后气胸、反应性胸腔积液、咯血、肺不张、发热等,并发症发生率较低.结论氩氦刀治疗方案的术后疼痛轻微,并发症发生率较低,可以达到有效阻止肺部肿瘤进展,提高患者生存质量的目的.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of argon-helium cryosurgery in treatment of advanced lung tumor.Methods Twenty-five patients with lung tumors caused by various advanced tumors were selected and treated with argon-helium cryosurgery.The changes of tumor size and density,the degree of postoperative pain,the types of complications and its incidence,and the short-term effect of patients were recorded.Results After argon-helium cryosurgery,the CT value of tumor decreased after operation,and the mass of tumor significantly reduced after one month of treatment.The complications mainly included postoperative pneumothorax,reactive pleural effusion,hemoptysis,atelectasis,fever and so on.The incidence rate of complications was low.Conclusion The postoperative pain of the argon-helium cryosurgery is mild,and the incidence of complications is low.Argon-helium cryosurgery can effectively prevent the progress of lung tumor and improve the quality of life of patients.
