湘西土家族中小学生九项身体围度发育现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解土家族中小学生身体围度的发育规律,为体质人类学积累资料,为建立土家族中小学生健康指标评价体系提供依据.方法:采用人体测量学方法,对1862例(男951例,女911例)土家族中小学生的头围、胸围、腹围、腰围、臀围、上臂紧张围、上臂围、大腿最大围、小腿围等指标进行测量.结果:土家族中小学生身体围度的各项指标值随着年龄的增长而增长,但同性别不同的年龄段和同年龄段不同的性别各指标值的增长速度都不同.增长速度最快的是臀围、胸围、腹围,最慢的是头围.大部分围度值女生都快于男生.结论:土家族中小学生身体围度的增长符合青少年生长发育的一般规律,有性别差异,并与本地区的苗族中小学生体围比较也有差异性.Objective:To understand the nature of development of body circumference of Tujia primary and secondary school students and accumulate data for physical anthropology so as to provide reference for the establishment of health index evaluation system for Tujia primary and secondary school students.Methods:Using anthropometry,indexes of 1862 Tujia primary and secondary school students(951 males and 911 females)were measured in terms of head circumference,chest circumference,abdomen circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,upper arm tension circumference,upper arm circumference,thigh maximum circumference,calf circumference and other indicators.Results:All indicators of body circumference of Tujia primary and secondary school students increased with age,but the growth rate of all indicators was different among different age groups of the same sex and different genders of the same age group.The fastest-growing perimeter was hip circumference,chest circumference,abdomen circumference,and the slowest was head circumference.Most values were faster for girls than for boys.Conclusion:The increase of the body circumference of Tujia primary and secondary school students conforms to the general law of the growth and development of teenagers,and there are gender differences,and there are also differences in comparison with Miao primary and secondary school students in the same are a in the body circumference.
