摘 要:随着经济社会的高速发展和城市范围的不断扩张,查违控违工作日益紧迫.无人机等因其灵活快捷、分辨率高、时效性强等特点,正成为城市违法建设监测的有力工具.从影像采集、处理及动态监测三个方面阐述了利用无人机进行城市控违监测的技术流程.采取基于分类后比较的变化检测技术手段,对影像进行违法建设可疑区域的快速提取,能有效提升影像动态监测效率.通过实例验证,总结了无人机城市控违监测中的关键技术,以供相关研究与应用.With the economy and society’s rapid development and urban area’s continuous expansion,it’s more and more urgent to check and control illegal constructions.Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is becoming a powerful tool for monitoring urban illegal constructions due to its features of flexibility,high resolution and quick speed.The technical process of urban illegal control’s monitoring by UAV from three aspects of image acquisition,processing and dynamic monitoring is discussed.Using the change detection technology based on post-classification comparison to quickly extract the illegal constructions suspicious areas of the image can effectively improve the efficiency of image dynamic monitoring.The key technologies of UAV urban illegal control and monitoring are summarized through experiments,which can be used as reference for relevant researches and applications.
