摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑血栓患者采用早期康复护理对于降低其残疾率所发挥的作用。方法选取急性脑血栓患者96例分为观察组和参照组各48例,2组患者均实施常规治疗以及护理干预,观察组同时采用早期康复护理干预,对比2组临床疗效以及护理前后简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数。结果观察组神经功能缺损总好转率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,2组FMA评分与Barthel指数均较护理前升高,且观察组指标评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑血栓患者接受早期康复护理可改善其神经功能缺损以及运动功能和生活能力,有效降低残疾率。Objective To analyze the role of early rehabilitation care in reducing their disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and reference group(n=48).The reference group was given routine nursing intervention and treatment.The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score before and after nursing and the Barthel index were compared.Results The total improvement rate of neurological deficit in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the FMA score and Barthel index of two groups were higher than those before nursing,and were higher in the observation group than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care can improve neurological deficits,motor function and life ability,and can effectively reduce the disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.
