高压氧联合电针对脑出血大鼠认知功能及行为学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究高压氧联合电针疗法对脑出血大鼠认知功能及行为学的影响。方法采用胶原酶Ⅶ尾状核注射方法,将36只成年SD大鼠制备成脑出血大鼠模型,并将模型大鼠随机分为对照组、高压氧组、联合组,各12只。高压氧组、联合组于术后10 d开始行高压氧或高压氧联合电针干预,1次/d,共20 d。分别在术前及干预结束后,采用Longa评分评价大鼠的行为学功能,采用Morris水迷宫测验大鼠认知功能。结果干预20 d后,对照组Longa评分无显著变化;高压氧组和联合组Longa评分均显著降低,且低于对照组,而联合组又显著低于高压氧组(P﹤0.05)。干预20 d后,对照组逃避潜伏期、穿越次数无显著变化;高压氧组和联合组逃避潜伏期明显缩短,穿越次数显著增加,且与对照组有显著差异(P﹤0.05),而联合组的改善幅度显著大于高压氧组(P﹤0.05)。结论高压氧联合电针疗法对脑出血所致大鼠认知及行为学功能障碍的改善作用较单纯高压氧治疗更加显著。Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with electroacupuncture therapy on cognitive and behavioral function in rats with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Type VII collagenase was injected into caudate nucleus of 36 adult SD rats to prepare rat models with cerebral hemorrhage. The model rats were randomly divided into a control group, a HBO group and a combination group, with 12 rats each. HBO intervention or HBO combined with electroacupuncture intervention was performed on the HBO group and the combination group respectively 10 days after injection, once a day for a total of 20 days. Before and after the intervention, Longa score was used to evaluate the behavioral function of the rats, and Morris water maze was used to test the cognitive function of the rats. Results After 20 d intervention, there was no significant change in Longa score in the control group;Longa scores in both the HBO group and the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while such scores in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the HBO group(P < 0.05). After 20 d intervention, the escape latency and times of crossing in the control group were not significantly changed;the escape latency in the HBO group and the combination group was significantly shortened, and the times of crossing were significantly increased, which was markedly different from the control group;the improvement of the combination group was significantly greater than that of the HBO group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The improvement effect of HBO combined with electroacupuncture therapy on cognitive and behavioral dysfunction of rats caused by cerebral hemorrhage is more significant than that of HBO therapy alone.
