曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合多奈哌齐对老年帕金森病病人免疫功能及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合多奈哌齐治疗对老年帕金森病病人免疫功能、神经功能的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2017年8月我院收治的老年帕金森病病人100例,依据抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,研究组采用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合多奈哌齐治疗,比较2组病人治疗前后免疫功能指标、神经功能指标的变化及治疗效果。结果治疗前,2组病人统一帕金森评分量表(UPDRS)总评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)各项目评分、免疫功能指标、神经功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组病人UPDRS总评分,CD4^+CD45RA^+百分比,S-100β和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平显著降低,SF-36量表各项目评分,CD4^+CD45RO^+、CD4^+CD25^+high FOXP3^+百分比及脑源性神经营养因子(BNDF)水平均显著升高(均P<0.05)。研究组治疗后UPDRS总评分,CD4^+CD45RA^+百分比,S-100β和NSE水平均显著低于对照组,SF-36量表各项目评分,CD4^+CD45RO^+、CD4^+CD25^+high FOXP3^+百分比及BNDF水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的74.00%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合多奈哌齐治疗可显著改善老年帕金森病病人的免疫功能及神经功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of troxerutin and brain protein hydrolysate combined with donepezil on immune function and neurological function in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to Huai’an traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the drawing method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the study group was treated with troxerutin and brain protein hydrolysate plus donepezil.The changes of immune function and neurological function before and after treatment and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in UPDRS total score,SF-36 scale score,immune function indexes(CD4^+CD45 RA^+,CD4^+CD45 RO^+,CD4^+CD25^+high FOXP3^+) and neurological function indexes such as S-100β,neuronspecific enolase(NSE),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BNDF) between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of UPDRS,and the percentage of CD4^+CD45 RA^+,and the levels of S-100β,NSE were significantly lower in the two groups,and the score of the SF-36 scale,the percentage of CD4^+CD45 RO^+,CD4^+CD25^+high FOXP3^+and the level of BNDF were significantly higher in the two groups(all P<0.05).The total score of UPDRS,the percentage of CD4^+CD45 RA^+,and the levels of S-100β and NSE were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the score of the SF-36 scale,the percentage of CD4^+CD45 RO^+,CD4^+CD25^+high FOXP3^+and the level of BNDF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Troxerutin and brain protein hydrolysate combined with donepezil can significantly improve the immune fu
