辩证地看待学术不端检测系统的正负效应

摘　　要：学术不端检测系统有着强大的文字查重优势,对有效防止学术不端行为起着不可或缺的作用,但它存在检查范围有限、检查滞后及检查盲区等缺陷和不足。对学术不端检测系统的正负效应我们应辩证看待,既不能无限夸大,也不能随意贬低。学术不端检测系统只是判断学术不端行为的辅助手段和智能工具,它并不能完全代替人脑思维。杜绝学术不端行为最根本的是要提高学术道德意识,加强制度建设。The academic misconduct detection system has a strong advantage in duplicate checking and plays an indispensable role in effectively preventing academic misconduct. However, it has such defects and deficiencies as limited inspection scope, inspection lag and blind spots. The positive and negative effects of the academic misconduct detection system should be viewed dialectically, instead of neither infinitely exaggerating nor arbitrarily degrading it. The academic misconduct detection system is only an auxiliary means and a smart tool for judging academic misconduct, and it cannot completely replace the thinking of human brain. The most fundamental way to put an end to academic misconduct is to raise academic ethics and strengthen institutional improvement.
