摘 要:目的探究新型演示文档PREZI在妇产科PBL教学中应用的效果。方法选取2018年3月-2018年9月中国医科大学临床医学专业五年制大四拟PBL授课学生120名为研究对象,随机分为两组,PREZI组(60名)和POWERPOINT组(60名)。PREZI组采用PREZI文档进行PBL病例教学,围绕病例展开讨论、学习,POWERPOINT组采用传统PPT进行PBL病例教学。采用主观调查问卷和客观专题考试成绩评估不同演示文档对PBL教学效果的影响。结果实验组学生调查问卷评分及随堂测试成绩均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 PREZI不仅继发学生临床学习兴趣,同时提高学生自主专研临床问题的能力,提升妇产科的PBL课堂教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of PREZI multimedia software on the PBL education of gynecological and obstrect.Methods From March 2018 to September 2018,120 students from the five-year senior program of clinical medicine of China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups:prezi group(60 students) and PowerPoint group(60 students).Prezi group used prezi document to conduct PBL case teaching,and discussed and learned around cases.PowerPoint group used traditional PPT to conduct PBL case teaching.Subjective questionnaire and objective test results were used to evaluate the effect of different presentation documents on PBL teaching.Results Learning experience with Prezi was evaluated by the self-designed questionnaire and the score of after-class examination.The scores in the experimental group were all higher than those in control group(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Prezi software application can stimulate medical students’ learning enthusiasm and self-learning and self-researching ability.We suggested that it should be widely applied on gynecological and obstetrct PBL education.
