摘　　要：高校图书馆期刊室主要从事各类参考咨询服务和用户辅导工作。中国特色社会主义新时代对期刊服务工作提出了更高更新的要求,只有明确服务功能定位,不断反思管理中的一些不足和缺陷,创新期刊服务模式,利用现代化服务手段,精准对接服务对象,才能在学科建设、教学改革、科学研究和社会服务等方面发挥实实在在的作用,实现高校新时期内涵式发展对期刊服务的要求。The periodical rooms of university libraries are mainly engaged in offering various reference,consultation and guidance to readers.Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era sets even a higher demand on periodical service.Only by defining the orientation of service function,constantly reflecting on some shortcomings and defects in management,innovating periodical service mode,employing modern service means and accurately choosing service objects,can periodical rooms play a significant role in discipline construction,educational reform,scientific research and social service,meet the periodical service requirement of univserity connotative development in the new era.
