摘 要:近年来,我国高职教育班额问题越来越突出。班额不仅仅是教学班级人数的一个自然概念,它也深刻影响着师生对高职教育的态度和课堂教学的公平与质量。相比中小学教育阶段,高职教育并没有关于教学班额适度设置的政策约束。但师生一致认为,班额应根据专业和课程性质的不同有一个适度范围,以削弱它对教育教学的影响。在高职教育教学创新背景下,必须反思班额对人才培养质量的作用,优化教育资源配置,进一步提升教师的专业素养,不断健全教学改革创新的激励机制,从根本上解决大班额造成的问题。The problem of class size in higher vocational education in China is becoming more and more prominent in re⁃cent years.Class size is not only a natural concept of student numbers in a teaching class,it has a profound impact on the attitude of teachers and students in higher vocational education,and it reflects the fairness and influences the quality of classroom teaching.Compared with the class size in primary and secondary education,higher vocational education has no policy constraints on the appropriate size of teaching classes.However,teachers and students agree that the class size should have a moderate range according to the nature of the majors and curriculum to weaken its impact on education and teaching.The paper argues that under the background of teaching innovation in higher vocational education,it is neces⁃sary to optimize the allocation of educational resources,improve the incentive mechanism of teaching reform and solve the problems caused by the large class size.
