摘  要:受天然气供应短缺及用电需求不足的影响,浙江龙游热电有限公司9E燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组仅承担调峰任务。机组启停频繁,停备用时间长。这一特点导致现有的氨水碱化烘干法停炉保养效果不理想。本文针对这一现状,经分析问题,多方案比选,最终确定采用热干风-气相缓蚀剂联合保养方法。通过实施和试验,验证了该方案的有效性和适用性。Affected by the shortage of natural gas supply and electricity demand,the 9E gas steam combined cycle unit of the plant only undertakes peak load regulation.The unit starts and stops frequently and stops for a long time.This feature leads to the existing ammonia alkalization drying method shutdown maintenance effect is not ideal.In view of this situation,through the analysis of the problems,the multi scheme comparison and selection finally determined to adopt the combined maintenance method of dry air and gas phase inhibitor.Through the implementation and test,the validity and applicability of the scheme are verified.
