摘 要:在SRV IV摩擦磨损试验机上,采用球-盘接触方法,考察了烟炱对二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDDP)和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)减摩性能的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪(SEM/EDX)、X射线光电子能谱仪等分析手段,探讨了烟炱对两种有机钼减摩剂减摩性能影响的原因。结果表明,烟炱会降低MoDDP和MoDTC的减摩效果,使其减摩效果不稳定。对比两者在含烟炱柴油机油中的减摩效果发现,MoDTC优于MoDDP。烟炱对两种有机钼减摩剂减摩性能影响的原因为:一是烟炱会刮擦破坏摩擦副表面的反应膜;二是烟炱改变了两种减摩剂的摩擦化学反应,生成了含Mo-C类物质。The anti-friction of two kinds of organo-molybdenum friction modifier MoDDP and MoDTC were investigated by using ball-disc reciprocating mode on the SRV IV oscillating reciprocating friction and wear tester.The scanning electron microscopy/energy-dispersive X-ray detector(SEM/EDX),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to probe the mechanism that diesel soot made the organo-molybdenum friction modifier efficiency.Results indicate that,diesel soot could significantly reduce the anti-friction property of MoDDP and MoDTC,making its anti-friction property unstable.Comparing the friction reduction effect of the two friction modifier in soot-contained diesel engine oil,MoDTC is supe-rior to MoDDP.The reason for the effect of diesel soot on anti-friction performance of the two kinds of organic molybdenum friction modifier is that:firstly,the soot will scrape the reaction film and destroy the surface of the friction pair;secondly,the soot changes the tribochemical reaction of the two antifriction agents,resulting in the formation of substances contained Mo-C.
