摘 要:人体视觉功能的发挥有赖于视网膜这一重要器官,当其接收到光能的刺激之后、便会促使神经冲动、继而出现视觉.光是产生视觉信息的必要物质基础,但强烈的光照亦或是长时间的直视光源皆能够造成视网膜光损伤(light-induced retinal damage),诱发相关眼病.随着视频终端和眼科光学仪器的广泛使用,视网膜光损伤也越来越引起人们的重视.各国学者分别从不同角度对视网膜光损伤发生的机制和防治手段进行了深入研究.基于前人的研究成果,本文对网膜光损伤分子水平发病机制以及基因治疗方法进行综述.The function of the human visual function depends on the important organ of the retina.When it receives the stimulation of the light energy,it will cause the nerve impulse and then the vision.The light is the necessary material base for generating the visual information.However,the light-induced retinal damage can be caused by the intense illumination or the direct-view light source for a long time,so that the related eye diseases can be induced.With the extensive use of the video terminal and the ophthalmic optical instrument,the retinal light damage has also attracted more and more attention.The means of treatment have been deeply studied.Based on the previous research Results,the pathogenesis and gene therapy Methods of omentum light injury at molecular level are reviewed in this paper.
