摘　　要：目的:报告1例胆总管癌合并胃肠间质瘤.方法:我院于2018年10月收治1例女性患者,经术前检查诊断为胆总管癌,行胰十二指肠切除术,术后病理检查结果偶然发现合并胃肠间质瘤.结果:根据术后病理检查结果该患者为胆总管腺癌合并胰腺与十二指肠系膜处的胃肠间质瘤.结论:胆总管癌合并胃肠间质瘤较罕见,其发生率低,临床上要重视其特殊性,腹部手术中要仔细探查,谨慎对待可疑小结节及肿块,避免漏诊和误诊.Objective:To report a case of cholangiocarcinoma complicated with gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods:A female patient was treated in our hospital in October,2018 and diagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma by preoperative examination and pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed.Postoperative pathological findings were found to be associated with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Results According to the results of postoperative pathological examination,it was associated with gastrointestinal stromal tumor of pancreas and duodenum in common bile duct adenocarcinoma.Conclusion Common bile duct carcinoma complicated with gastrointestinal stromal tumor is rare,and its incidence is low.It is necessary to pay attention to its particularity in clinic,to probe carefully in abdominal operation,to treat suspicious nodules and masses carefully,and to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
