摘　　要：癌症确诊事件的心理应激过程呈现焦虑/抑郁为主要表现的情绪特征、长时且不随时间减弱的负性情绪、迟发应激障碍。癌症确诊事件启动的应激状态与患者人格及行为特征具有显著相关性,与事件主体患者的心理应激行为特点相互作用,使癌症确诊事件表现为与一般创伤事件不同的心理应激过程。在癌症确诊事件主体患者心理应激障碍发生的同时,事件主体患者的社会支持关系的心理应激障碍影响累及亲子关系、监护人、重要他人,表现为人群应激状态。对癌症生存者的特征焦虑及行为方式的心理干预,有益于癌症生存患者的生存质量与后续治疗。The process of psychological stress in events of cancer diagnosis showed anxiety/depression as the main emotional characteristics,long-term negative emotions that did not decrease following time lapsed,and post-traumatic stress disorder.The initial stress state of a cancer diagnosis event is significantly correlated with the personality and behavioral characteristics of the patient,and interacts with the psychological stress behavioral characteristics of the patients,so that the events of cancer diagnosis present a different psychological stress process from the general traumatic event.At the same time,when psychological disorder occurs in the patients,the psychological stress disorder of social support relationship of the subject patient affects the parent-child relationship,guardians and important others,which is manifested as the stress state of the population.Psychological intervention on characteristic anxiety and behavioral style of cancer survivors is beneficial to the quality of life and follow-up treatment of cancer survivors.
