温州市失能病患家庭养护现状调查及问题分析

摘　　要：了解目前温州市失能病患家庭养护中出现的问题,探讨解决问题的途径,以期提高失能病患的生活质量以及减轻照护者的负担。采用整体随机抽样,对温州医科大学5个附属医院、8家老年护理中心以及7家基层医疗卫生机构总共600名失能患者及其照护者作为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果显示,目前失能病患的主要群体为老年人,照护者多为家庭成员、临时工或保姆。失能病患生活质量与患者本身基本状况以及照护者养护质量存在显著相关性。因此,目前失能病患的家庭养护问题突出,需开展新型养护模式,保障各年龄层次失能病患的需求。In order to improve the quality of life of disabled patients and reduce the burden of caregivers,this paper discussed the problems existing in the family maintenance of disabled patients in the city of Wenzhou.A total of 600 disabled patients and their caregivers from 5 affiliated hospitals of Wenzhou Medical University,8 community nursing facilities and 7 primary health care institutions were investigated with a questionnaire survey.The results showed that the majority of disabled patients were the elderly,and the caregivers were mostly composed of family members,casual laborers or nannies.The quality of life of the disabled patients was extremely related to patients'own basic health conditions as well as the quality of care.Therefore,at present,the problem of family maintenance of disabled patients is prominent,and new maintenance mode should be developed to ensure the needs of disabled patients at all ages.
