摘  要:为探究不同书包重量(指总质量)对小学生身体姿态的影响,选取416名小学生为调查对象,进行书包重量的问卷调查,并随机选取36名小学生分别背负0%BW(body weight,体质量)、10%BW、15%BW重量的书包进行自然行走,利用Simi°Motion 7.5运动解析系统提取受试者的身体姿态指标,并利用重复测量方差分析讨论不同负重下小学生的身体姿态差异.结果显示:7~12岁年龄段的小学生身高、体质量、书包的重量随着年龄的增长呈现出显著性变化,由于增长幅度存在差异,9岁男生及8~10岁女生的书包负担更大;身体姿态随着书包负荷的增大而产生显著性变化,当书包重量大于体质量的10%时,部分身体姿态就开始发生明显的变化;当书包的重量大于体质量的15%时,身体姿态均发生显著性变化.因此,建议将小学生书包重量控制在体质量的10%以内,尤其是10~12岁小学生.In order to explore the influence of different schoolbag weights on the body posture of primary school students,416 primary school students were selected as the survey subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the weight of schoolbags among them.36 primary school students were randomly selected to walk in a nature way bearing 10%BW(body weight),15%BW.The weight of the schoolbag and the subject′s body posture index were extracted by the SIMI°Motion 7.5 motion analysis system and the repeated measurement variance analysis was used to quantify the difference in body posture of the pupils under different weights.The results showed that:the height,weight and weight of schoolbags in the 7~12 age group showed significant changed with age,due to the difference in growth rate,the burden of schoolbags for 9-years-old boys and girls aged 8~10 years was greater than other ages;The posture changed significantly with the increase of the bag weight;when the weight of the bag was more than 10%of the body weight,part of the body posture began to change significantly;When the weight of the bag was greater than 15%of the body weight,all the body posture changed significantly.It was recommended to control the weight of primary schoolbags within 10%of the body weight,especially for primary school students aged 10~12.
