熄风颗粒剂联合心理干预疗法治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究熄风颗粒剂联合心理干预疗法治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至12月我院120例抽动秽语综合征患儿,按完全随机原则分为研究组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予多巴胺受体阻滞剂硫必利片治疗,研究组给予熄风颗粒剂联合心理干预治疗。观察并比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候评分、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、复发率以及不良反应的具体情况。结果研究组临床总有效率(97%)明显高于对照组(87%)(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患儿YGTSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组YGTSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束6个月,研究组复发率(3%)、不良反应发生率(2%)均低于对照组(15%和12%)(P<0.05)。结论熄风颗粒剂联合心理干预疗法对抽动秽语综合征患儿具有良好的临床疗效,能明显缓解抽动秽语综合征患儿临床症状,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xifeng Granules combined with psychological intervention in treatment of children Gilles de la Tourette′s syndrome.Methods A total of 120 children with Gilles de la Tourette′s syndrome treated in our hospital between March and December of 2017 were enrolled,and assigned to the study group and control group(n=60 each)using a full randomization approach.The control group was treated with tiapride tablets(a dopamine receptor blocker),and the study group was given Xifeng Granules combined with psychological intervention.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,YGTSS score,recurrence rate and adverse reactions in the two groups were investigated and compared.Results The total effectiveness rate in the study group(97%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87%)(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in TCM syndrome score and YGTSS score between the two groups at baseline(both P>0.05).After treatment,the study group showed lower TCM syndrome score and YGTSS score compared with the control group(both P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate(3%vs 15%)and incidence of adverse reactions(2%vs 12%)were lower in the study group than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Xifeng Granule combined with psychological intervention offers satisfactory clinical efficacy in children with Gilles de la Tourette′s syndrome in significant improvement of clinical symptoms and good safety profile.
