自锁托槽固定矫正器与普通金属直丝弓矫正器在牙周炎患者正畸治疗中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较自锁托槽固定矫正器与普通金属直丝弓矫正器在牙周炎患者正畸治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院2016年9月至2018年8月收治的牙周炎患者40例,随机分为两组各20例。对照组使用普通金属直丝弓矫正器行正畸治疗,观察组使用自锁托槽固定矫正器行正畸治疗。比较两组的牙周情况以及血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗12个月后,观察组的PLI、SBI、牙周袋探诊深度以及IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎患者使用自锁托槽固定矫正器进行正畸治疗,能够有效恢复牙齿美观与功能属性,保障牙周基础治疗效果,可在促进疗效基础上缩短疗程。Objective To compare the efficacy of self-locking bracket fixed appliance and ordinary metal straight wire appliance in orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontitis. Methods 40 patients with periodontitis in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received ordinary metal straight wire appliance for orthodontic treatment, and the observation group received self-locking bracket fixed appliance for orthodontic treatment.The periodontal condition and levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups. Results After 12 months of treatment, the PLI, SBI, probing depth of periodontal pocket, and the levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Self-locking bracket fixed appliance for orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis can effectively restore the aesthetic and functional properties of teeth, guarantee the effect of periodontal basic treatment, and shorten the course of treatment on the basis of promoting the effect.
