摘 要:目的:研究不同年龄不同性别安氏II类2分类错患者口周软组织特点,为正畸治疗提供依据。方法:选取安氏II类2分类错患者67例(按年龄分组青少年组30例,青年组25例,中年组12例;按性别分组男性23例,女性44例),测量分析X线片上软硬组织各项指标,并进行统计分析。结果:青少年组和青年组口周软组织厚度大于中年组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性患者口周软组织厚度大于女性,主要在上唇基部、上唇及下唇,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。下唇基部厚度、颏前点厚度、下唇紧张度、上唇长度均受下切牙凸度的影响,回归系数分别为0.42、0.39、0.56、0.51;下唇厚度主要受切牙间的相对位置的影响,回归系数为0.06;下唇长度主要受下颌平面角的影响,回归系数为0.08。结论:口周软组织厚度具有性别差异;切牙凸度、切牙间的相对位置及下颌平面角会影响口周软组织平衡和协调。Objective: To study the characteristics of perioral soft tissues in Angle Class II division 2 malocclu-sion patients with different ages and sexes, and to provide evidence for orthodontic treatment. Methods: 67 patientswith Angle Class II division 2 malocclusion(grouped by age: 30 in the adolescent group, 25 in the youth group, and12 in the middle-aged group;grouped by sex: 23 in the male group and 44 in the female group) were enrolled. Vari-ous soft and hard tissue indices on X-ray were measured and analyzed, and statistical analysis was performed. Results: The perioral soft tissue thickness of the adolescent group and the youth group was greater than that of the mid-dle-aged group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). The perioral soft tissue thickness ofmale patients was greater than that of female patients, mainly at the base of the upper lip, the upper lip, and the low-er lip, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The thickness of the base of the lower lip, thethickness of the pogonion, the tension of the lower lip, and the length of the upper lip were all affected by the convexi-ty of the lower incisors, and the regression coefficients were 0.42, 0.39, 0.56, and 0.51, respectively. The thickness ofthe lower lip was mainly affected by the relative positions of the incisors, and the regression coefficient was 0.06. Thelength of the lower lip was mainly affected by the angle of the mandibular plane, and the regression coefficient was0.08. Conclusion: There is a sex difference in the thickness of the perioral soft tissues. The convexity of the inci-sors, the relative positions of the incisors, and the angle of mandibular plane can affect the balance and stability ofthe perioral soft tissues.
